This bass is a stunner!  Matthew built a new cedar top around an existing body and ribs, grafted a new neck and created a loud, resonant instrument that surpasses expectations. This bass has many of the favourite  Bresque Basses features including adjustable neck, and Lamarre style bass bar inside for increased power and sustain. The neck is made from two pieces of american walnut and is reinforced with carbon fibre to solidify tone and volume up and down the fingerboard.

The ebony fingerboard was taken from an older instrument, then laminated to a non-endangered hardwood to give it a new life.
