c1880 Roundback 3/4

Recently rebuilt in our workshop, this is a fine instrument with a resonant and focussed voice with an abundance of overtones!

It was purchased by current owner from Walter Sutcliffe, and was played for many years in Sydney in local orchestras. Has a repair label from Attilio Bertini, but no other maker labels. 

Original bass bar has been retained but modified, and the instrument has been re-edged and totally overhauled to ensure a problem-free experience for a new owner!
