This beautiful double bass was made in Romania and modelled after a double bass by Giovanni Batista Rogeri.

A very comfortable bass with deep ribs and a standard 41 1/2 inch string length.

Beautifully made by hand with really good quality even-grained wood, and custom Blackwood tailpiece. Sound is loud, resonant and clear, just begging to be part of an Orchestra bass section
